Antique Surgical Knives Civil War

This kit contains 6 surgical knives..........
5 of them have Bakelite handles that are stamped  "Alwin Schutze" as shown in the next to the last picture.  Also stamped "17" as is the case.
3 of the knives have the company emblem stamped on the base of the blade which is a Crown over a Caduceus. This emblem is shown in the last picture.
The one steel knife is stamped "Betz" in the handle.   Also, there is a tiny pair of tweezers in  the top.
Case is in nice, solid condition measuring 3"x7 1/2".
