A very attractive unused example of the surcharged Queen Victoria stamp issued by Canada in 1899. Unitrade / Scott #88. The stamp will be in OG MINT NH condition with wide margin XF centering. Current Scott Classic CV is .50. The included PSE certificate gives this stamp a XF90J grading, with the "J" designating jumbo margins. The DOG notation most likely refers to some very slight gum glazing, which is barely noticeable, otherwise a gorgeous stamp. For buyers outside of the U.S., please note this item will take approximately up to 3-4 weeks for delivery, depending on country.
