Here's a very nice, and rather fancy, heart locket charm dug in a Union campsite near Aquia Creek, in Stafford, Va. It's in very nice condition, with some very nice designs and a hint of gold gilt. These are actually two heart, as they separate. Not sure if that's by design or not, but many modern versions do the same thing. A very nice addition to your relic collection, especially if you like soldier's personal items. Plmk if I can provide any further info or photos.
