--- Movement is not running (balance wheel rocks smoothly before losing energy, so balance wheel/staff/spring appear ok, the mainspring is fully wound so likely overwound).  Note in my photos I have an overhead room light that causes yellowish reflections in the metal case edges (it's not plating wear).  MISSING INSTRUCTIONS.  NO strap lug bars.  Lid has some stains and side splits.  Band has some stitching separation.  Hands set normally.  Face appears clean.  Crystal shows normal yellowing but is not cracked or damaged.  Case shows some wear but is not damaged.  My understanding is the Ingersoll brand was dropped for a year towards the end of this style?  I'm not sure of the details but this version with matching box seems to be rare (I've seen the box with the incorrect watch face).  Box insert is in good condition with some creases around strap retaining flap.  Insert shows mild dishing (sinking in from weight, whoever had this before had inserted in some thin foam sheets to prevent further dishing).  Box bottom has staining around edges.  Facing worn around box bottom edges (but no split through, one bottom corner shows facing splits on the seam but appears to not be split through).  As noted the lid has a facing split on the left side cutout and has a split through the right side in the same location and has a facing split extending into the lid but not through the lid itself.  Lid has stains, likely color fading (in the red color for sure), edge nicks around the lid edges/corners.  Strap has some surface soiling, signs of use, some plating loss/wear on the buckle.
