Place fill or liquid depending if you are reinforcing or filling in an area such as the red Kayak pictured that hasn't been fixed yet. * On small metal surface or copper for example which could be fuel lines or an ethanol hole or crack, just clean area and put the LBond

and then sprinkle the filler secondly to make a chemical weld.  The epoxy is

. You can build things up as much as you wish by alternating both Glue and filler.  Make sure you
