    Description

This listing is for a new open box of 12 shoe organizers by Budding Joy. I purchased them to be used for collectibles storage of the Stitch Crashes Disney series, but I don’t like how they fit, so the containers that I had put together have been disassembled and put back in the box. The box isn’t face-to-tail thickness deep enough to prevent touching/smashing the nose and tail. The plastic is flexible instead of rigid, so it does expand outward around his nose and tail. They really only stack as shoeboxes with the door opening horizontally, as seen in the manufacturer’s photo of the stack of 12. As for shoes, make sure that the dimensions shown, 13 x 9 x 5.5”, are large enough for your shoes, as I don’t take returns. These are priced lower than I paid because I don’t have a use for them. ***The plush Stitch collectibles are NOT included, and are NOT for sale! This is my daughter’s collection.***
Please don't message me with an offer.  I would have the Make an Offer button activated if I were accepting offers.
I am unable to accept returns for items that don't fit/buyer didn't like item/changed mind/or any other personal reasons. but do accept returns for items not being as described, provided it isn't from USPS shipping damage, which would need to have an insurance claim filed with photos to the USPS.  Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of the description.  Too many people have been abusing returns lately (ordered the wrong book, didn't like it in person, etc.), and I can't afford to spend the time packing and shipping, -then waiting for it to come back after a return request, and then relisting, repacking, and reshipping to someone else.  I'm a one person operation and would prefer to spend that time with my family, which is why I sell from home on eBay in the first place, going all the way back to 1998, when we had to wait for payments to be mailed to us because PayPal didn't exist and eBay didn't take credit cards.
I do combine shipping and charge actual shipping costs.
If you feel that an item is grossly misrepresented, please contact me about a return.  When your return is received in the original condition as outlined in eBay's policy below, the refund will be given through PayPal in the original form of payment.
"If you need to return an item, be sure to follow these item condition guidelines. For details on the seller's return policy (including how long you have to return an item, who pays for return shipping, and restocking fees), check the
    Return policy
    section of the listing.
    Policy overview
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received. You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
    • All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags
    • Accessories such as cords and remotes
    • Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards
    • bonus items
    • All items included in a bundle"
Most of my items are brand new or like new unless stated otherwise.  EBay is my version of a yard sale--  if we aren't using it and I am tired of storing it, then I list it.  That being said, please understand that I don't list anything that just needs to be thrown out, or that is in a condition that would qualify it as a good donation, because those items are either thrown out or donated as needed.
I am not responsible for packages that the USPS or other shipping company loses during shipping.
***We are a non-smoking home with outdoor pets.
I will not end listings early, so please don't message me with an offer or a request for a private buy-it-now.  I do not ship internationally because of eBay's ever-changing seller requirements for shipping and returns.  Thanks.
Refunds are for items received not as described, and returns will not be accepted for shoes or clothing that doesn't fit/changed mind/didn't like the fabric; buyer is responsible for return shipping cost plus insurance. Any items received in a box/container that is damaged by the USPS that were shipped insured need to have an insurance claim filed with the USPS (online or in-person); items damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the USPS, and they will require photos of all damage, including the original box with the shipping label and fragile stickers-- they will not issue a refund to you without proper documentation of cost (eBay listing), shipping damage to the container, and proof of loss (the damaged item). EBay requires that all returns be shipped back in the original box with the original packing materials, and all pieces/accessories that were included must be returned as well for a full refund. I pack items very well, insure packages, use fragile labels, and do my best to describe items accurately to avoid returns. Occasionally, the USPS does mishandle a package, which isn't my fault, but that's the reason why everything is shipped fully insured for your protection. If you are returning an item not as described, please note that it must be fully insured and shipped in the original box with the original packing materials. Thank you, and have a great day!
Due to a recent horrible transaction with an awful buyer, I'm now only shipping to the address that is provided by your PayPal account.  A PayPal representative advised me to stick to this policy if I want Seller Protection on the funds.  Please make sure that you have the correct shipping address on your PayPal account.  Thank you.
Please note that eBay's policy on returns:  Misuse of returns or the eBay Money Back Guarantee
The eBay Money Back Guarantee is designed to protect both buyers and sellers. If we decide that a member is misusing returns on eBay, or the eBay Money Back Guarantee, they may be subject to a range of actions, including limits on buying and selling privileges and account suspension. Examples of misuse include:
    • Selecting an inaccurate reason for returns
    • Disregarding item conditions required for returns
    • Requesting an excessive number of returns
you can find more information about our returns policies by referring to our eBay Money Back Guarantee policy and our Condition of returned items policy.
I'm adding this to my listings because people seem to think that they can just demand a partial refund without returning the item, or mentioning that they are withholding leaving feedback until they receive a response for an expected partial refund.  These are violations of eBay's return and feedback policies, and will be reported to eBay.  I understand that there are times when I make a mistake, but it is up to the seller to offer the option of a partial refund in lieu of a return.  You are expected to return the item if it is not as described.
I shouldn't have to add this to my listings, but I'm having issues with buyers trying to return items because they changed their mind two and three weeks after receiving an item.  My return policy is this:  returns are only for items significantly not as described.  In the 20 plus years that I've been buying and selling on eBay, I've never sent an item back to a seller because I changed my mind.  My indecision isn't the seller's responsibility, and I would never put it off on the seller if something that was properly described doesn't live up to my expectations.  I'm an individual, not a business with employees, and I can't afford to give refunds when someone changes their mind.  It takes time away from my family to list items, pack & ship, wait for a return, receive and inspect it, and then go back through the whole process to sell it again.  Anything returned will be fully inspected and will be reported to eBay if it is not in the same condition as it was when I shipped it.  I will ship it back to you if it is not in the condition it is supposed to be, as per eBay's return policy, and no refund will be issued.  Thanks.
I was just reprimanded by a buyer because she didn't know that eBay is now collecting sales tax in 40 states, plus DC.
You as a buyer are responsible for knowing if your state has approved legislation regarding internet sales tax.  eBay is not displaying sales tax costs prior to buying or payment, but they are required to collect sales tax in most states.
It is not the seller's fault if eBay is collecting taxes, and the sellers are actually paying PayPal fees on that sales tax cost because it is part of the gross payment, even if it is reverted back to eBay.  We've all been surprised as buyers and sellers as eBay has begun collecting sales tax little by little.  My state, Colorado, has had these tax laws on the books pre-dating the internet, but eBay didn't start collecting sales tax on new purchases I was making until November 2019, 21 years after I opened my eBay account.  We were lucky to have tax free purchases for as long as we did.
