Inspected, straightened some cpu socket pins, tested, good condition, missing covers for southbridge and nvme slots, missing shroud above upper heatsink, missing main cover, bare board, lock broken on second memory slot but does not affect locking memory in slot, works as it should, updated bios and tested ok, this was tested for a 1 hr period to ensure no issues, see pics.
