This Large Rope Hammock is crafted of 100% cotton. Three-ply twisted rope reinforces bed strength while cotton rope fibers breathe for cool, comfortable lounging. One thousand feet of rope used in hammock construction for durable woven bed. Double-latch construction and 14 loops in body add more rope for greater comfort and strength. Hand-tied bowline knot tightens with use. Hammock clew is macramé for artistic design while rope hammock ends tassel for rustic effect. The Large Cotton Rope Hammock supports 450 lbs. Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement - subject to the following:
a)
Contact crisp-apple-deals to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.
b)
In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered. Items removed from their 'blister-pack' display packaging are non refundable.
c)
Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.
d)
The issuance of an RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection. If the product you are returning is not in brand new, mint condition, as per Paragraph b) it is non refundable and can be picked up of subject to at least 15% restocking fee. If your return is missing accessory components, or shows signs of wear and tear - restocking fees will be higher. So please limit your Returns to unopened items in their original condition with all documentation, packing material, and accessories intact.
e)
Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments.
f)
If you have received wrong or defective item(s), please ensure that items are returned to us within 14 days in original packaging in brand new and resalable condition. You will be required to contact us for a return authorization form before sending anything back to us.
g)
All returns must include original box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if the goods are not in its original condition.
h)
Do not discard box, until equipment has not been tested.
