Rare 1933 Original Ingersoll Mickey Mouse Electric Clock Working

1930's Ingersoll Mickey Mouse Electric Clock.
This very rare and scarce clock is the first electric Mickey Mouse clock manufactured.
Features green metal case, original paper stripe that features 5 Disney Characters, Mickey Minnie Pluto Horace and Clarabell, 12 hour dial, large and colorful spinning Mickey Mouse that functions as the seconds dial
The clock does work with plugged in, Mickey Mouse rotates 360 degrees; however, I am having issues with being able to set the hour and minute hands.
The case in in very nice condition, there is some wear to the top left corner and some areas where the paint has chip, minor overall; the crystal is in excellent condition.
