This is the large format (11"x14.5") Porsche factory issued sales catalog exclusively for the introduction of the USA spec 1989 928 S4.
This "prestige" catalog was was in only limited distribution and made available to only Porsche's very best customers early in the model year.
Other than the one example used in the photos above, the catalogs offered have never been opened and retain their original factory seal as well as it's matching card stock sleeve  envelope.
