What is this service?
This is a REPAIR SERVICE. You must send an item to us for repair. We will repair YOUR item when we receive it. We replace the light bulbs to repair the button backlighting.
We can replace individual buttons for an additional cost. If you want to purchase a plug-and-play unit we can do that too. Please contact us for these options.
What happens when you click "buy it now"?
1)
Remove the plastic trim in front of the climate unit and then remove the climate.
2) Properly package your item by taking it to a FedEX or UPS store, and ship the item to us (address provided after purchasing the listing).
How long it takes:
Disregard eBay's "Estimated Arrival Time" above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay's policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us. Our turnaround time is generally 3-5 business days after receipt. Sometimes this is extended based on current repair volume.
As of 09/10/2020 the current repair queue time is 7-10 business days.
Warranty:
This repair service comes with a five-year warranty on the lighting.
