What is this service?
This is a REPAIR SERVICE. You must send an item to us for repair. We will repair YOUR item when we receive it. This listing is for the repair of common issues such as full power loss, partial power loss, no gauges, loss of dome lights, power windows, radio. This repair will fix all of these issues. If you have individual gauges that simply do not move you MUST let us know ahead of time or they will not be fixed.
What happens when you click "buy it now"?
1)
Remove the dash trim. Then remove the instrument cluster.
2) Properly package your item by taking it to a FedEX or UPS store, and ship the item to us (address provided after purchasing the listing).
How long it takes:
Disregard eBay's "Estimated Arrival Time" above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay's policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us. Our turnaround time is generally 3-5 business days after receipt. Sometimes this is extended based on current repair volume.
As of 09/10/2020 the current repair queue time is 7-10 business days.
Warranty:
This repair service comes with a lifetime warranty.
After the repair, the cluster still does not work or is broken:
This repair will not solve air bag warning lights or messages unrelated to the cluster. If you plug the cluster in and it still does not work the problem exists outside of your cluster or the cluster was replaced at some point with the the wrong part number for your vehicle. We test and take pictures of every cluster that we repair. We do not ship clusters that are not functioning as they should.
If you received a broken cluster
it likely happened during shipping.  Call us so we can resolve the situation between 9am-5pm central time.
Disclaimer: When you send us your used part and explain your issues, we will diagnose your REPORTED issues. We can make additional recommendations to replace common wear items that frequently fail, but we do not/can not test every aspect of your used part. If something else fails (not related to your original issue or the repairs we performed), we are not responsible and these issues are not covered under your repair's warranty.
