What is this service?
This is a REPAIR SERVICE. You must send an item to us for repair. We will repair YOUR item when we receive it. Goldwing owners rejoice! Our repair service is finally here. We replace the center LCD display screen with our own brand new, TAE LCD screen. We also replace all of the backlighting bulbs in the cluster. We check all of your warning lights and indicators and replace as needed.
What the repair does
NOT
include:
Gauge repair, gauges that don't move correctly, broken gauges, broken lens, housing, broken wiring, etc.  All of this can be remedied at an additional cost. We can discuss this after you purchase the auction.  Generally these components do not fail or cause issues.

How long it takes:
Disregard eBay's "Estimated Arrival Time" above. We are required to list a very long estimated arrival time to comply with eBay's policy because we have no control over how long it will take for you, the buyer, to send the cluster to us. Our turnaround time is generally 3-5 business days after receipt. Sometimes this is extended based on current repair volume.
As of 09/10/2020 the current repair queue time is 7-10 business days.

This repair service comes with a lifetime warranty.

We can make additional recommendations to replace common wear items that frequently fail, but we do not/can not test every aspect of your used part. If something else fails (not related to your original issue or the repairs we performed), we are not responsible and these issues are not covered under your repair's warranty.
