Vintage Chinese Blue and White Glazed Ceramic Vase

Large Vintage 16” Blue and White Glazed , well-potted vase . It has a bird theme with a leaf border on the neck and an unglazed base. Notice near the top of the neck the Reign Mark. This is an estate find and I am unfamiliar with deciphering Chinese or Japanese Reign Marks. W
hat I find so striking are the long handles . I haven’t found anything like it online or Chinese Antique books in my research.  Peacock head? I can’t tell.   Exotic… nevertheless. In good aged condition with either origina
day. The “red” could be either terracotta or iron in the glaze, which can oxide overtime
due to age. It has no cracks or chips.
