Vintage Erphila Czecho-Slovakia Warwick Pattern Chintz Floral Vase

Description

Vintage Erphila Chintz floral brightly colored vase. The name of this pattern is Warwick which features brightly colored blue, yellow, purple, pink and green flowers against a light blue or green swirling background over ivory glazed pottery. The base and the rim are trimmed in a dark brownish red.
The vase is marked on the bottom, Erphila Czecho-Slovakia Warwick. Erphia was a mark used on Czechoslovakian and other European pottery imported to America by the Philadelphia firm, Ebeling & Reuss. The company was founded in 1886 and were sold in 2002 to the Strathmore Corporation of Philadelphia. The mark seems to have been used from 1918 through the 1930s.
Condition: There is crazing throughout the vase but no chips or cracks. There are some lines and indentations to the glaze on the bottom of the vase.
